The motto of In Omnia Paratus is taken from the 18th Infantry Regiment. I served with the 1st Battalion, 18th Infantry during DESERT SHIELD / DESERT STORM under the command of Colonel Bill Chamberlain. The lessons learned as an Infantry Company Commander in combat remain deeply embedded. The relationships and bonds developed in combat never really end.
