If you are interested in joining Blue Cord Exercise Support, you need to know the ground rules and lay of the land. We are building the foundation and just getting started.
At this point, I am building a bench of professionals who will want to work as 1099 employees and team together to provide capabilities to organizations that hold Prime Contracts. If I do not have work, I will contact other veteran related companies to find positions until I can offer a position.
With Blue Cord Safety LLC, you can count on the following:
- I will tell you if your role is in support of an existing contract or part of proposal in response to a active request, I will not string you along.
- 1099 work compensation is strictly a pay check. There are no benefits as a 1099 employee. If we win a long term proposal, that will change terms of negotiations with respect to benefits and employment status.
- Texas is a right to work state.
- Jobs may be of short duration to fill a specific requirement.
If you remain interested, submit your resume to bluecordx@Reagan.com. I will contact you as soon as practical.
